Visitors ring the doorbell on arrival and are greeted at the door by the concierge, whose line is the quickest way to reach the business. Paid street parking is available out front on West 4th, with garages nearby. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 3pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

The focus is on undetectable injectables that enhance a person's features without making them look like everyone else. The business states it does not overfill, does not over-treat and does not use pressure sales. Medical director Dr. Daniel Olivero, M.D. oversees the medical side of the practice.

Every first-time visit starts with a consultation. Booking is held with a small deposit, which is credited to the final bill at checkout. If a consultation takes place the same day, its fee is applied to the cost of the treatment. Under Texas rules, a Good Faith Exam is required before any aesthetic injection for a new client. It is charged at the first visit and repeated once each year. Before treatment, clients are asked to stop drinking alcohol, having caffeine and taking blood thinners for 72 hours.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay, and gift cards can be purchased. House Members receive 10% off facials, waxing and injectable packages. A $500 treatment minimum applies to injectables on Fridays and Saturdays, while facials and waxing are exempt. Tipping is not mandatory. Hydration and wellness drips under the name IVS are planned to join the menu soon.

Each plan starts with the client's anatomy and goals, and treatments are led by medical staff whose methods the business describes as backed by science.
