Waxing is the core of the business, covering single areas, half and full limbs, the body, and the face, along with separate lines for male and female clients. Facial waxing covers brows, lips, chin, ears, neck, nose, sideburns and full face. Package deals are offered on waxing services. Brazilian and bikini options are included in the body waxing menu. Pretty Kitty facials form the facial side of the menu, with add-on hydro-jelly and activated charcoal masks, and there are contouring treatments such as body contouring series, a slimming treatment, cellulite facials for the booty and thighs, a shea butter and sugar body scrub, and LED light treatments. Eyebrow tinting and a short ingrown hair extraction are also offered.

First-time facial clients are asked to add the complimentary consultation to their first facial appointment. Before a first facial, clients should avoid exfoliating and avoid retinols, Retin-A and AHA/BHA acids for seven days. Before waxing, hair should be about two weeks of growth, roughly the length of a grain of rice, and not shaved, trimmed or cut. Clients should exfoliate 24 hours ahead, come without lotions, oils or perfumes on the area, and wear loose clothing. Afterward, they should avoid pools, beaches, hot tubs, rubbing or picking the area, strenuous exercise, tanning beds and sun for 24 hours, and avoid exfoliating for seven days after a facial.

Booking terms: new clients pay a non-refundable, non-transferable 20 dollar deposit on their first appointment, and services over an hour carry a 25 dollar deposit under the same terms. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving later may mean rescheduling. Reschedules or cancellations made less than three hours before the start time carry a 25 dollar service charge, and no-shows are charged the full cost of the service. If either provider runs more than 10 minutes behind, the client receives a 5 dollar discount toward the service.

The studio also offers two online Speed Waxing courses for estheticians who want to learn Brazilian speed waxing: an Intro course and an Advanced course, each priced at 149.99 dollars. They are video courses that learners take at their own pace, taught by Kinyatta Boyles, and can be joined through the website or the mobile app.
