Clients can choose from Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume styles, with full sets priced at $150 and taking about two hours, with length customizable to the client. Lash fills run from $85 to $115 and take about an hour and a half, but they are available only to current clients and must be booked within two to three weeks of the previous appointment. Clients arriving with another artist's extensions need a Glow Reset removal plus a full set, since fills do not apply to that work. The Soft Glow Bottom Lashes can be added to a top set for $35.

Brow and facial waxing is also offered. The Signature Brow Sculpt is an $18 brow wax taking about 15 minutes, and the Refined Chin and Smooth Upper Lip are $12 each. Waxing requires hair at least a quarter inch long. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows, and the studio sells lash and brow care products for use at home.

Lash enhancements include a Collagen Under-Eye Gold Mask and an Ultra Hydrating Lip Mask, both about 30 minutes. For clients with a history of reactions to lash adhesive, the Glow Check is a $30 three-day sensitivity test that applies a small amount of extensions and adhesive before a full set. If no irritation occurs during the observation period, the $30 is credited toward a Full Glow Set. Booking is online with a valid card kept on file. No deposit is taken, and payment is due at the end of the service by credit or debit card or contactless payment.
