Lash work is the core of the menu. Lash extensions are priced by set and booked for about an hour and forty minutes or more. Removal takes about 40 minutes and includes a lash bath and a cream that breaks down the adhesive. Fills are available in classic, light volume and volume styles, each booked for roughly one hour and ten minutes to one hour and twenty-five minutes, and each requires keeping 65 percent of the existing extensions. Lash lifts and a color lash add-on are also offered. A complementary lash bath comes with every lash service. Foreign lash fills are not accepted; in that case the salon offers a new set with the previous lashes removed.
Brow services include shaping, customized tinting, basic brow waxing and brow lamination, with pricing that varies and visits from about 25 minutes. Facial waxing is also available, from about 20 minutes. A customizable Fall Facial, about an hour long, is offered as an add-on only from October 1 through December 31.
Five packages bundle services at set prices, from the Wax Wellness Package at $80 up to the Gems of Beauty Package at $210. New clients can book through Groupon, with vouchers valid for new clients only and limited to one per person. Each appointment requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. Cancellations or reschedules must be made within 24 hours of the appointment time, and cancelled visits keep the deposit. No-shows are charged the full booked service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice adds a $25 schedule adjustment fee. Children are not permitted at appointments. The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
