Facials range from a teen facial and a teen acne facial to classic and more targeted treatments. The Classic facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, light extractions, a massage and a mask. Several named facials come in two versions, with or without an ultrasonic step added for a higher price. Ultrasonic microdermabrasion is also available as a separate service, using vibrations to loosen dead skin cells and support circulation.

Everything is booked by appointment, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients ring the bell to come in. Text and email confirmations are sent before visits, and clients are expected to keep track of their own times. There is a five-minute grace period for late arrivals, and latecomers may have to skip part of the service. Changes need 24 hours' notice. A fee of half the scheduled services applies after three last-minute cancellations within six months, and a no-show is charged the full amount, though a first missed appointment is waived if the client reaches out within 24 hours.

A referral program gives both the referred friend and the referring client 15% off their next service. eGift cards are available in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom value.
