A team of stylists and estheticians works across the salon's services. Hair appointments begin with time spent learning about each client's hair and what they want from it, and the stylists treat the work as an art form. Men's cuts are a specialty, from the Gentleman's Chair Fade in skin, low, mid or high versions to traditional scissor or clipper tapers, business cuts and buzz cuts. Every men's service starts with a wash and finishes with a styled look.

Skincare is built around the Signature Harlow Facial, a 60-minute treatment customized to the skin, and a shorter 30-minute Express Glow Facial. Other options include a deep cleanse with extractions, an anti-aging facial and a treatment designed for men. Estheticians perform facials using professional technique and selected products.

For weddings and events, Harlow offers bridal hair trials, day-of bridal hair in updos and waves, bridesmaid hair and styling for mothers of the bride or groom. A bridal skin prep facial is recommended two weeks before the wedding. The Day-Of Atmosphere service sets up the salon privately for the bride's morning, and event or special occasion packages are arranged by contacting the salon. Bridal services begin with an inquiry about the wedding date.

The boutique carries clothing, accessories, jewelry, beauty and wellness products, gift sets and gift cards, with pieces chosen for rehearsal dinners, honeymoons and bridal parties. Consultations are welcome. Hours vary, so clients are asked to call ahead to book a visit.
