Clients book online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Appointments run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 5 PM. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards are offered.
