Hard wax is used in the more sensitive areas, and strip wax is not used for bikini or Brazilian services. The studio works with premium hard and soft waxes, and brow shaping and brow clean-up are done in either soft or hard wax. After a service, the studio offers Tu'el Detox Bath Gel as an aftercare product, and the business describes its post-wax products as the best available.

The Brazilian menu has several cuts. A basic bikini clears hair outside the panty line, while a full Brazilian removes all bikini hair and hair between the cheeks. A French Brazilian leaves a thin vertical strip and does not remove inner labia hair, and a Playboy Brazilian clears the labia and between the cheeks, leaving a narrow strip or triangle at the top front. Full leg waxing includes a mini bikini wax.

Booking is done by text or phone at 630-220-2237, and the studio recommends booking one to two weeks ahead, since same-day appointments depend on cancellations. New clients have an hour blocked for the first visit. Clients trim pubic hair before a service, and hair should be about 1/8 to 1/4 inch long or three weeks of growth since the last shave. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice; otherwise a 50% fee of the total service cost applies, and a late arrival who cannot be serviced is charged the same fee before rescheduling. Cash, Zelle and credit card are accepted, but not American Express. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.

Waxing is not done on sunburned skin, soon after a recent laser peel, or for clients using Accutane, Renova or Retin-A. Pregnant clients are not waxed toward the end of term unless they were waxed there throughout the pregnancy. The studio suggests body waxing every four to five weeks and brow waxing every three weeks.

Uses hard wax for sensitive areas and avoids strip wax for bikini and Brazilian work, with premium waxes throughout.
