The philosophy rests on the idea that the body already knows how to heal, and the work is meant to support that process. Practitioners aim to listen to clients and support them rather than try to fix them. Facials use whole-plant skincare, herbal infusions, and nutrient-rich oils, with Laurel Skin Hydrosoil and Plant Therapy oils among the products. Massage uses organic oils and balms without synthetic fragrances.

Before a service, clients can use the infrared sauna in the Lounge; the spa recommends arriving up to 30 minutes early to use it before a facial, and not afterward. The Lounge also offers RISHI herbal teas, Mountain Valley spring water, organic light snacks, robes, slippers, and lockers, with up to 20 minutes of Lounge time included with every service. Day passes are available, and the Lounge can be reserved privately as part of group ritual packages.

Signature offerings include the Lift + Sculpt, Sacred Skin Ritual Awaken + Flow, and The WC Skin Ritual facials, along with the Teen Root & Radiate Ritual for ages 13 and up and the Buccal Sculpt for a shorter visit. Massage options range from prenatal and couples sessions to The WC Desert Rose Ritual, a longer ritual massage with a crystal placement, sugar scrub, clay mask, and a Crown Ceremony. Energy work through the Inner Balance Ritual is offered to clients of all backgrounds. Community events, from sound baths to workshops, are also held at a relaxed pace.
