A free 15-minute consultation, in person or virtual, is available. A consultation is required before color services such as grey blending, highlights, vivid colors and color correction. Clients who have not had a service in the last six months also need a consultation before bleach and tone. Fashion color requires a consultation, and pricing is provided by email or text before booking.

The salon is open Monday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm and Sunday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. It is closed on Fridays.
