Services are grouped into color and highlights, haircuts and styling, hair extensions, and texture treatments. Color is booked by session length: Essential Color for maintaining or refreshing color runs about two hours, Dimensional Color about two and a half hours, Premium Dimensional Color three hours, and Custom or Creative Color four hours. Color prices do not include the color and treatment products, which are calculated separately. Haircuts include a 45-minute blow dry and style, an Essential Haircut of about an hour, and an Extended Haircut of 75 minutes for longer or thicker hair or major changes.

Extensions come in two methods. Tape-in extensions are offered in 14 to 20 inch lengths and hand-tied extensions in 18 to 24 inch lengths. Initial appointments start at $430 for tape-in and $670 for hand-tied, followed by maintenance visits every six to eight weeks. Not every stylist offers extensions, so the team matches guests with a stylist certified in the method that suits them. Texture services include keratin treatments from $120, perms from $180, Curl Cult Perms from $250, and Brazilian Blowout from $350.

Pricing is set by the labor time and expertise a service needs, and it varies with stylist level, appointment length and how much color or product is used. Labor is charged per hour. Chemicals are weighed, and their exact cost plus disposal is added to the bill, which is itemized into labor and chemical charges. A separate service fee applies to every transaction, and paying by cash or check gives a 3% discount. The salon says stylist levels reflect experience, demand and time behind the chair, not a different standard of care.

Appointments are reserved by time rather than by technique. Clients need 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; a later cancellation or a no-show is charged 50% of the services booked, and emergency cancellations are reviewed at the salon's discretion. The loyalty program gives one point per dollar on services and two points per dollar on hair care products, redeemable for items such as a product sample packet, a free eyebrow wax, a free conditioning treatment, or a free blowout. Both locations are open Monday through Friday with late hours until 9pm on several evenings, and on Saturday and Sunday during the day.
