Skin care is shaped by a consultation that looks at each client's particular concerns, and facials are customized from there. Targeted issues include breakouts, dark spots, sun-related harm, signs of aging, fine lines, loss of firmness, lackluster complexion and peach fuzz. Services run from a 30-minute glow facial through dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. A photofacial lasting 75 to 90 minutes combines exfoliation, IPL on the face and neck, a custom mask, and a neck and shoulder massage. Treatment methods include dermaplaning, radiofrequency, IPL and serum infusions. According to the salon, these procedures involve no pain and no recovery time, offer an alternative to injectables, and are suitable during pregnancy. A monthly skin care membership covers two treatments per calendar month. It requires a six-month minimum, and after that it can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Membership fees are non-refundable.

IPL hair removal is priced per treatment, with no package purchase required. The salon uses IPL for skin types 1 to 5 on the Fitzpatrick scale. Permanent hair removal typically takes 8 to 10 sessions spaced at least four weeks apart. The salon describes its IPL permanent hair removal as FDA approved for brown and black hair only. Clients are asked to shave the day before or the day of, and a trimmer without a guard is acceptable if used the day of. Sun exposure, spray tans and heat should be avoided for one week before and after each treatment. IPL is not available during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Hair removal pricing follows the gender assigned at birth, according to the salon.

Clients can book by texting, and the salon recommends booking at least one week ahead. Waxing requires hair at least a quarter inch long, or 10 days since the last shave or trim. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, otherwise the full price of the service is charged. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a last-minute cancellation, and clients with several last-minute cancellations in a year may not be allowed to book future appointments. Text is also the way to let the salon know about running late or rescheduling. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 to 6, Thursday from 9 to 7, and Friday from 9 to 3, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
