Misty

Misty owns and operates The Vanity Vault, where she handles the waxing and facial services. Her career began in the beauty industry right after high school. Her first license was in massage therapy, and she trained at cosmetology school. She completed esthetics school part time while working full time in a hair salon, and spent roughly 10 years in hair before moving into skin care and waxing. She holds a specialized esthetics license, the third and final license she earned, and has taken many continuing education classes. Her facials draw on her massage training. She works with clients who use injectables and with clients who avoid them, and she counts rosacea as the most common skin concern she sees in the treatment room. She aims to teach clients about hair removal and skin care, giving practical advice and a personalized routine.
