Along with the treatment rooms, the spa has two Relaxation Rooms, two private infrared saunas, a multi-person passive salt room used for some holistic services, and three steam showers. Clients who want to shower before a service can use towels, shower shoes, complimentary bath products and hair dryers, and can reserve a shower at booking. There are no locker rooms, so clients change in their service room. A retail area of roughly 1,000 square feet sells hand-crafted jewelry and products from around the world.

The massage menu is broad, from Swedish and deep tissue to prenatal, ashiatsu, stone, reflexology and Reiki. The spa says its massages run a full 60 minutes, rather than the 50-minute hour it notes most spas use. Each massage includes hot packs, eye covers, warm towels for the feet and a choice of two scented lotions at no extra charge. Body treatments use natural exfoliants such as Dead Sea salt and rose clay, and the facial menu runs from HydraFacial levels and Korean peels to collagen and targeted treatments.

The spa notes that these practitioners fall outside its direct management and liability. Oncology massage requires physician clearance and must be booked by phone. Up to 15 minutes is left between appointments so clients are not rushed.

Holistic in outlook, the spa pairs hands-on spa treatments with wellness and integrative sessions offered by independent practitioners.

Treatment rooms have contemporary Asian motifs, with candlelight and nature sounds.
