Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair unless a blowout is booked, and washing the night before is recommended. Messy buns are discouraged because they can crease the hair.

Bridal party hair is tailored to each person's face shape, outfit and personal style, and it can be done for mothers, officiants or anyone else getting ready with the bride. Bridal party hair and makeup can be booked together in a day-of package with lashes if desired. Assisting artists help with the bridesmaids' hair and makeup and keep the getting-ready timeline on track. The team has the wedding party present from the start of getting ready rather than working to arrival times, and it will follow a set timeline if a client asks. The salon says its team can create styles in under four hours for any wedding party and that it finished ahead of schedule for almost all of its 2023 weddings.

Payment plans are available to brides booking more than six months in advance, split into two nonrefundable deposits and a final payment. A nonrefundable $100 booking fee is due at signing to secure the event, and it does not count toward services. Prime Friday and Saturday wedding days require at least one bride and five attendant styles, which can be hair or makeup. Travel is charged at $1.00 per mile to and from the St. Paul salon for each stylist needed.

The team learns each client's vision for the day through consultations, email check-ins and questionnaires, and aims to make wedding mornings low-stress by coordinating the bridal party.
