The salon suggests a timeline with hair and makeup trials about a month out, color, cuts and waxing two weeks out, and a hydrating facial and massage one week out. On the day, clients need freshly cleaned, dry hair because shampooing is not part of the bridal services.

Appointments are held with a credit card but not charged until the visit is complete. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged in full. Late clients may have appointments shortened or rescheduled. Services are not refundable, but any service can be adjusted within seven days, and concerns are handled by returning to the salon for inspection and rebooking with the original stylist at no charge. Product exchanges are accepted, makeup cannot be returned, and gift cards are final sale. Gift cards are available for any service or amount.
