Extension work is built on two hand-tied methods, Natural Beaded Rows and The Mane Concept Method, which differ in how the bead foundation is placed and hidden. The salon describes its human hair extensions as premium-quality and ethically sourced, and offers hand-tied or Russian Genius weft options matched to each client's goals and daily routine.

The color menu has three named services. Refresh is a partial highlight with a low-maintenance finish and costs $400. Revamp is a full highlight with a more modern approach and costs $500. Overhaul is a full color transformation that can take more than one session, ends with a signature style finish, and starts at $600. A haircut or smoothing treatment can be added to Refresh and Revamp. The Sweet Hair Professional smoothing treatment starts at $400, can be paired with color or extensions, and is meant for sleek, frizz-free hair. Precision cuts are also offered, and Mesh Crown Topper pricing is set after a consultation.

New clients start with a complimentary phone consultation, then complete a New Guest Inquiry Form, then speak with the concierge to finalize the plan and book. Returning clients request appointments through a form on the website. Extension move-up appointments are recommended every six to eight weeks, when rows are moved back into place and color is refreshed. Some tightness right after an install is described as normal while the scalp adjusts. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later provider, subject to eligibility.

Appointments require notice no later than 48 hours ahead, and a $250 fee applies to cancellations or reschedules made inside that window. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may lead to a reschedule with the same fee, or a shorter appointment at the artist's discretion. Guests are asked not to bring additional guests, children or pets. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule, and clients may join virtual meetings during appointments with headphones. Between visits, the salon sells a curated selection of sustainable, low-tox hair products for maintaining color and extensions.

The salon describes its color and treatment products and services as non-toxic and eco-conscious, and says its extension methods are gentle and non-damaging to natural hair. Extensions are styled with heat tools, washing and blow-drying like natural hair.
