Cuts are available for children, seniors, women and men, and men's grooming includes neck and beard trims. Silk presses are priced by hair length, either as a single visit or as a three-visit series. The styling menu covers blowouts, heat styling, smoothing, and curls or waves.
Clients are asked to arrive at their booked time, and early arrivals wait until then. A 10-minute grace period applies, and later arrivals may need to reschedule. Changes require at least 24 hours' notice, and no-call, no-show bookings may affect the ability to book future appointments. The studio is open Tuesday and Friday from 3 to 7 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
