Silk press is a large part of the menu, priced by hair length and add-on. Options range from a standard silk press through shoulder length, bra strap and extra long lengths, with smoothing system options, a cut-included smoothing option, a consultation, and a package for new clients.

Clients are asked to arrive with their previous style fully removed and their hair detangled, or to book detangling as an add-on. Freestyle appointments open with a conversation about the client's style, goals, lifestyle and inspiration, and the stylist makes the final creative decisions.

Four monthly memberships bundle recurring services with member discounts and priority booking. Consultations for memberships are booked through GlossGenius or by calling or texting the salon. Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time without a fee. The Natural Hair Blossoms Maintenance plan requires a three-month minimum and does not cover specialty styles, extensions, color or corrective cuts.

Payments, deposits and retail purchases are non-refundable. Deposits secure appointments and are forfeited for late cancellation, rescheduling outside policy or no-shows. Corrections after a service are at the salon's discretion and are not guaranteed. Services are offered to clients 18 and older, or to minors with parental consent. The salon notes that results may vary and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

The salon describes its stylists as trained in current techniques, including precision cuts, custom color, premium extensions and protective styles, and says it uses professional-grade, low-damage products.
