Sugaring removes hair with a paste made from sugar, lemon, and water. It is applied by a gloved hand rather than with sticks or strips, pressed against the direction of growth, and then lifted off so the hair comes out with the grain. The salon states the paste is never applied hot and that sugaring is less uncomfortable than traditional waxing. Body services range from $10 for hands or feet to $100 for full legs, with partial areas such as quarter or half arms and legs priced in between. Facial services are $15 per area, and Full Face is $45; three or more facial areas are automatically changed to Full Face. Signature Brazilian is $65 for female anatomy and $75 for male anatomy, while the maintenance Brazilians at three, four, and five weeks are priced lower and are available only to clients sugared at the salon. Sugaring is offered to ages 12 and up, and to bikini services ages 16 and up. The salon does not sugar children aged 11 and younger or people with thick male facial hair.

Before an appointment, clients should avoid shaving for at least two weeks, or three to four weeks for large areas, and should avoid caffeine for six hours and UV tanning for 24 hours. Afterward, heat, hot tubs, saunas, workouts, and harsh chemicals are best avoided for 12 to 24 hours. The salon recommends sugaring every three weeks during the first six months. New clients complete a Client Intake Form before their first service, and current clients may be asked to update forms from time to time.

A valid credit card is required for every appointment and is charged only for late cancellation or no-show fees. A $15 fee applies to cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice. A no-call, no-show is charged either $15 or 50 percent of the service fee, whichever is greater. Clients more than five minutes late may lose their appointment and may be charged if they cannot be seen that day. Appointments booked within 24 hours are still subject to these policies. The salon does not offer memberships, prepaid packages, or sales quotas, and product purchases are optional. It does not issue refunds, but says it will work to make things right if a client is not satisfied with a service.

Hair removal with a simple sugar paste applied by hand and never applied hot. The salon states its products and disinfectants are free of fragrances, toxic chemicals, and carcinogens.
