Red light therapy can be added to any service for $25. It is delivered on a full-body red light mat. The salon states that the therapy supports collagen and elastin production and can help calm redness and irritation.

Booking comes with a few firm practices. A non-refundable deposit secures each appointment and is applied to the service total, and it can be moved once if the appointment is rescheduled within the 12-hour window. Changes need at least 12 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged a 50% fee, and no-call, no-shows are charged the full service total. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. New clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early for intake forms, text the salon from the parking lot on arrival, and wait to be told when to enter the suite. Guests are asked to come alone, without children, and to share any recent cosmetic procedures, medications or skin sensitivities beforehand. Clients are also asked to stop active exfoliants such as retinol and AHAs/BHAs 24 to 48 hours before certain treatments unless advised otherwise. Cash is preferred, and other payment methods are accepted.
