The Suite Garden

The business was started by a mother and daughter who share a passion for design and the beauty industry. It was built on the idea that beauty professionals deserve better suite spaces than many existing salon suites offer. The Miami Lakes location has 27 suites and the Hialeah location has 18.

Suites measure about 100 to 200 square feet. Each includes a base cabinet with a sink, an upper cabinet and two water connections, and shampoo bowl chairs, styling chairs or manicure tables may be supplied depending on the professional's needs. Six suites are storefront units with windows. The interiors are neutral, modern and minimalist, and each location has a lobby where clients can wait before appointments, which the business names as the feature that sets it apart. Common areas and networking with other professionals are offered, along with a laundry room and 24-hour access at both locations.

Suites are leased for 6 or 12 months, and full lease terms are provided on request. Prospective tenants can apply through the website or in person, and can request a tour through the contact form. Tenants can create their own brand within their suite. Amenities and client perks vary by professional, and some suites may offer extra perks. Miami Lakes suites have high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer access, private parking for members and secure door code entry. Hialeah suites have WiFi, washer and dryer access, private parking for members and secure private entry codes.
