Before a visit, hair should be at least a quarter inch long, so clients should not trim it beforehand. On the day of the appointment, the treatment area should be free of moisturizers, oils, lotions and topical creams, and retinoid creams should be stopped at least 48 hours ahead. Clients taking Accutane need to wait six months after the last dose, while antibiotic users can book 14 days after their last dose. Sugaring is not suited to areas recently treated with a chemical peel, laser hair or tattoo removal, laser resurfacing or dermabrasion, and sunburned skin should wait at least one week. Temporary redness, bumps, minor bruising or breakouts can occur afterward.

Facial treatments are presented as a complement to a daily skincare routine rather than a replacement for it. The back and butt facials include red light therapy, and the acne-focused version adds two types of exfoliation, a light peel and anti-inflammatory botanicals. The 80-minute facial includes red light therapy, extractions and two masks chosen for the client. Oxygen facials use Image Skincare oxygenating technology.

Intimate bleaching, also called anal bleaching, is offered to address hyperpigmentation. It uses the Bryght system, which the business describes as all-natural, cruelty-free and vegan. The series runs five to eight visits and costs $700; the at-home care package is not included in that price, and Bryght Treat Gel is sold separately for twice-daily use between visits. According to the business, most clients see a change after the first treatment, usually one to three shades lighter, and it recommends three to five treatments.

The studio accepts cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Zelle. Tipping is customary, and the FAQ suggests restaurant-level standards, paid in cash or through Venmo. Reschedules and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations are charged the full fee for the booked service.
