Maintenance pricing applies to clients who have had the same service within a set window: four weeks for most bikini and Brazilian services, and three to five weeks for brow maintenance. Clients who are new or returning after a longer gap book the 4+ week version, which is longer and priced higher. Between the Cheeks is included in the extended bikini and Brazilian services, so it is not booked separately with them.

The studio is open Monday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday from 3 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM. Thursday, Friday, and Sunday are closed. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows without notice are charged the full service price. The owner may make exceptions for emergency cancellations. Booking an appointment means the client agrees to this policy.

Sugaring is the main hair removal method, and the studio pairs it with extractions for ingrown hair and a vagacial treatment for intimate skin.
