Esthetic services include facials, brow lamination and tint, brow combos that pair a trim with waxing, and lash extensions with fills. Lash lifts and tints are also offered. Hair removal is done with hard wax or sugar, depending on the area. Pubic area waxing includes extractions and a mask. Underarm waxing has a deposit. For first-time waxing, hair needs to have grown for at least four weeks, and clients should avoid retinol or retinal products for at least seven days beforehand. Maintenance appointments are for established clients who return four to six weeks after their last visit.

Nail services include mani, overlay and full sets, Gel-X sets, nail fills, removal of gel or artificial nails, and nail art. Overlays use hard gel, acrylic or builder gel over natural nails, while full sets use hard gel or acrylic. Nail art is priced per minute, so the final price shifts if an appointment runs over or under the scheduled time. Gel-X clients should contact the salon before booking to confirm available shapes and lengths. Nail art clients are asked to send or bring a reference picture.

Initial facial appointments must be booked with a consultation, and the consultation fee goes toward the service if booked at the same time. Clients can pay in person through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value.

Late cancellations, last-minute reschedules and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Bringing extra people or pets to an appointment is recorded as a no-show. All sales and services, including gift cards, are final. Business hours are Monday 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Wednesday and Friday 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 2 PM. Tuesday and Thursday are closed.
