Services are grouped into haircuts, color, treatments, styling and waxing. Haircuts include men's, women's and children's cuts, a make over cut for a whole new look that includes extra time to talk through the new style, and quick bang trims between cuts. Children's cuts are for clients 12 and younger.

Color work ranges from root touch-ups that also cover glitter strands, to a single all-over shade, partial highlights around the face, full highlights from forehead to nape, and babylights for very fine areas. Hand-painted balayage or color melt comes in traditional or fashion shades, and a glaze or toner refresh can be added to any color service to cancel unwanted tones. Corrective and creative color, from rich hues to soft pastels, takes extra time and starts with a consultation.

Treatments include a customizable Brazilian Blowout smoothing service, which uses bonding technology to reduce frizz, and custom conditioning blends for strength, moisture or shine. Styling covers blow dries that include wash, condition, dry and style, trial updos for upcoming events, and bridal updos for brides and their bridal parties, which also begin with a consultation.

Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early. Tuesday through Saturday the salon is open from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday and Monday visits are by appointment only. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule or shorten their services.
