Calico Salon is in Suite F on Wilcox Street in Castle Rock. It is open Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

About

The hair menu centers on highlights, color melts and balayage. Full highlights start at $220 and balayage at $200, and every color and highlight service includes a color blowout. Root retouches are priced by the section being covered, from a bleach retouch starting at $170 to a root retouch with full highlight starting at $245. Platinum card work for full blonde regrowth over an inch is billed by the hour from $125, and color correction from $110 per hour. Cuts, blowouts, updos, formal styling and a Brazilian Blowout at $350 are also offered.

Hair extensions are handled through weft installs, weft moves and removals, and an extension consultation for clients who are considering them. Previous clients can book a touch and go root retouch, either full head at $55 or hairline at $30. For the full-head version, color is applied in the salon and washed out at home.

Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, legs, back, chest and bikini areas, with individual prices for each area. Custom airbrush spray tans are offered individually at $50 or as a package of five for $160. Eyelash tinting starts at $30 and brow tint starts at $17.

Color and new client consultations are offered at no charge. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price.
