Every new client starts with a Virtual Hair Assessment, sending photos, goals and inspiration images online. The studio then returns a personalized recommendation and quote before anything moves forward. Recommendations weigh natural density, strand size, texture, haircut, scalp visibility and the result the client wants. Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, Visa and Mastercard are accepted, subject to eligibility and provider terms.

Extensions come as Standard K-Tip, Micro K-Tip or Nano K-Tip, or as a customized combination of these. Bond size, placement, color blending and total density are tailored to each client. The extension hair is virgin hair from several origins, chosen to suit straight, wavy or curly textures, then custom-colored in-house and hand-prepared with Italian keratin. Installations generally last several months before a professional removes and reinstalls them. Pricing depends on the individual transformation, including natural hair, desired length, density, method and customization, rather than on weight alone. The studio describes its method as a more personal kind of transformation.

Stylists can train one-to-one with the studio in keratin-bond extension skills. A private full-day course costs $3,500 and includes private instruction, a starter kit, a certificate of completion and mentorship. Classes take place in person in Downey and are scheduled Monday through Wednesday after payment. Tuition is due in full to book by card or other methods; with Zelle, half is due to book and half before class begins. The class inquiry form does not reserve a date or take payment.
