Color is the largest group, from root retouches and toner refreshes to all-over color, foil highlights, hand-painted balayage, babylights, dimensional Mermaid color and a luxury blonde full foil package. Starting prices vary by stylist. New clients receive 15% off the listed starting prices for select color services and cuts. Root retouches and toner refreshes are for returning guests only.

Demi-permanent smoothing covers SmoothFiller treatments and KCRIO keratin treatments, priced by hair length. Thick or dense hair with KCRIO can add time to a booking. Haircuts include children's cuts for ages 1 to 8, barber cuts and designer haircuts, and designer cuts include a wash, conditioning and a custom blow-dry. The salon does not specialize in fades or taper cuts, including skin, taper or blended fades. Blow-dries and thermal styling are also offered.

Appointments are encouraged and walk-ins are accepted subject to availability. Complimentary in-person consultations, usually 15 minutes, come before many color, smoothing and extension services, and a consultation is required before Mermaid color. Color corrections, extensions and other specialty services require a non-refundable 50% deposit applied to the final cost. Single-service appointments need at least 24 hours notice to cancel, and multiple-service or specialty bookings need 48 hours. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours and no-shows carry a fee of 50% of the service cost. A $5 eco fee is added to each service or visit total.
