The Studio Hair Design is located at 7450 W 120th Ave in Broomfield. Donna and Steven Cristobal opened it in 2008 to offer individualized cut and color work, and the business says the two have been developing their craft for over four decades.

Each visit starts with the stylist listening to the client and evaluating their hair before building a look that fits both the client and their everyday life. Services fall into color, cuts and styling. Haircuts run $125 to $150, men's cuts are $80, One Process Color with a refresh on the ends is $110 to $130, HiLites or Lo-Lites are $225, Hi-Lites with full retouch are $275, Shampoo and Finish is $65, and Up-Hair starts at $150. Appointments are offered Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm, with exclusive appointments available on request. Clients can call or text 303.522.3479 to book.

The salon also offers private and semi-private educational seminars for industry professionals. Instruction can be one-on-one, given in a three-person group at the client's own location, or delivered as a team seminar.

Listens first, evaluates the client's hair, and then creates a personal look that suits the client and how they live.
