Services are grouped into cut and styling, color and painting, conditioning, straightening, waxing, eyelash and brow services, and package deals. Color work ranges from root touch-ups and glosses to highlights and balayage in half or full head sizes. Color is priced for hair volume, the amount of product and the time required, and extra bowls of color are charged separately. Bleach-out and corrective color services begin with a consultation.

Cut options include men's and women's haircuts, children's cuts for ages 10 and under, blow dries in three lengths, curly cuts and updos. Conditioning treatments include Olaplex and a deluxe mask. Straightening options include the Brazilian Blowout and Keratin Treatment, each also offered in an express version.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday with varying hours, Sunday visits are by appointment only, and Monday it is closed. A credit card is required to book, and reminders go out by email and text four days ahead. Clients are asked to arrive dry-haired and five to ten minutes early. No-shows are charged the full service amount, and refunds are not given for services, so clients with concerns are asked to contact the salon within one week of the appointment. Gift certificates and gift cards are available. Prices on the services page are starting prices.
