The menu covers blowouts and silk presses, including the STS Express Smoothing System and STS silk presses, as well as cornrows, box braids, two strand twists, braid takedowns and extensions installed with a braid down and crochet method. Color options include root touch-ups, gloss, single process color, highlights and custom color packages. Curl services include hydrate and define sessions and curly cuts, and locs can be retwisted or given a detox. Scalp services range from exfoliation and maintenance to renewal therapy, and the salon offers a Hair Loss Consult that includes digital scalp microscope imaging and a personalized treatment plan. Protective styles are done on natural hair only and do not use extensions.

Clients new to the salon book a New Client Package so the hair and scalp can be assessed before the first service, and anyone not serviced within three months is treated as new again. Services are offered to ages 7 and up, and children's services are priced the same as adult services. A non-refundable retainer holds an appointment and goes toward the final total. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows and arrivals 30 minutes or more late carry a 100% cancellation fee. Late arrivals within 15 minutes are free, while arriving 15 minutes late incurs a $15 late fee. Card payments carry a 3.60% convenience fee, and all sales are final.

Hair and scalp condition come first here. Each client gets an initial evaluation, after which treatments for the scalp, styling that skips extensions while guarding the strands, silk pressing, and ongoing care schedules are tailored to that person.
