The salon says it works with all hair textures. First-time color clients need to request a consultation before booking.

Braiding is a large part of the menu, covering cornrows, box braids, knotless box braids, feed-in braids, twists, crochet, locs and Senegalese twists. Braiding requires hair at least 4 inches long. Prices can shift with hair length and density, and children aged 8 and up are accepted, with younger children considered case by case.

Other services include keratin smoothing for frizz, which can straighten or release curls, with formaldehyde-free products available. Relaxer work, roller and flexi rod sets, updos, and weave installation and removal are also offered.

Clients can book themselves, and cards are not charged when an appointment is scheduled. Many services ask for a non-refundable $50 deposit by Zelle, deducted from the total after the service. Payment can be made in cash or debit. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which a $20 late fee applies. An appointment 30 minutes late may be canceled, with the card on file charged the full service price. A temporary hold may be placed on a card for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead.
