Guests receive a robe, slippers, toiletries and a locker for personal items. The arrival area has a relaxation lounge serving herbal tea, a dry sauna and a multi-jet shower. Guests are asked to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before their first treatment. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment, so the full treatment time begins at the booked time. Jewelry and valuables are not recommended, cell phone use is discouraged during visits, and alcohol is not permitted in treatment spaces or recommended before or after a treatment.

The spa is designed for guests 16 and older. Guests aged 16 and 17 may book massage and facial services with an adult and a signed waiver. Guests under 16 may book manicures, pedicures and hair services but cannot use the treatment spaces or locker rooms. A credit card is required to hold and guarantee appointments, and gift cards cannot be used for that purpose. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid full-price billing. Hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday 9:00am to 6:00pm, and the phone number is (585) 419-3000.

The facial menu runs from short enhancements and masks to longer treatments with named lines, including CirCell, KNESKO collagen treatments, peels and HydraFacial options. The Zen Facial is offered without extraction, and the Gentlemen's Facial targets concerns such as ingrown hairs and razor burn. Guests should avoid filler and Botox for at least 14 days before any facial. Facials cannot be performed during an active cold sore, and the spa asks guests to reschedule until it has healed. The Radiant Anti-Aging HydraFacial is not recommended during pregnancy or nursing.

Manicures and pedicures focus on natural nails. Acrylic, dip powder, hard gel and extensions are not offered or removed, and gel polish applied elsewhere should be removed before an appointment. Hair prices vary by length, color and hair type, and corrective color and formal styling require a consultation. The KeraSilk smoothing treatment is described as lasting up to three to five months. Duo massages are priced per guest and booked by phone, and pregnancy massage is available once a guest is past the first trimester. Gift cards are issued by Del Monte Spa Services, LLC, and can be used for services or merchandise, but not exchanged for cash. They are non-refundable, have no expiration date and no fees, and lost or stolen cards are not replaced. E-gift cards are emailed, and physical cards are available for pickup or shipping.
