The massage menu is broad. Swedish-style massage runs 60, 75 or 90 minutes, and a Custom massage offers general relaxation with moderate to firm pressure, not deep tissue. Therapeutic deep tissue combines trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle stripping and stretching. Other options include hot stone and Himalayan salt stone massage, an anti-inflammatory CBD massage, an Athlete massage that adds cupping, scraping and assisted stretching, a 30-minute Focus massage for one area of concern, and reflexology. Lymphatic drainage is offered as a 30-minute Detox session or a 60-minute session, and post-surgical lymphatic drainage requires prior approval from a doctor or surgeon. Prenatal, New Mama postnatal and Mellow Mama massages are available, with a waiver required in the first trimester for prenatal and Mellow Mama sessions. Couples can book several massage styles, including a 90-minute Couples Spa Surrender that adds a dry scrub, body butter massage, scalp and hair treatment and hand and foot softening.

Skincare is built on Eminence Organics and Circadia products. The Essential, Signature and Ultimate facials differ in length and add-ons, with the Signature facial including dermaplaning or microdermabrasion as needed, LED light therapy and a decollete treatment, and the Ultimate facial extending LED therapy with a massage. A Gentleman's facial is tailored for men, a Back-Facial covers the back, and The Spa Resurface is an Eminence Organics professional peel with eligibility and peel strength assessed individually. The Luxe-Lift uses Circadia products. The Acne Bootcamp program is built around the Face Reality acne line and begins with a $50 consultation that credits $25 toward Face Reality products, followed by an initial treatment with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and LED light. A series of six bi-weekly appointments is recommended. Waxing, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting and brow lamination are also offered.

Booking is online through Vagaro, and a valid credit card or a Spa at Palencia gift card is needed to reserve. Clients are asked to arrive on time or a few minutes early, since arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean a no-show fee or a shortened service and late arrival does not extend the appointment. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for groups of four or more. Clients are asked to dress comfortably and remove jewelry before facials, body treatments and massage. Children are welcome and must be supervised, and minors may receive services when a parent or guardian is present. Gift cards can be bought at the front desk or online by email and are redeemed for services or spa-issued products. Memberships carry a six-month minimum, renew monthly, and give members $10 off spa services and 10% off retail products. Six-session packages are offered at a 10% savings on several massage and prenatal options.
