The facial menu ranges from short express treatments to longer ones. DiamondGlow facials use diamond tips to exfoliate and extract, with one of five medical-grade serums chosen for the skin, and the deeper versions add a SkinMedica mask with LED light or a non-peeling chemical peel. The Clear Skin Facial is designed for acne-prone skin and uses aqua-dermabrasion and ultrasonic tools for extractions. Japanese head spa sessions take place in a private room, and every one includes Halo Waterfall Therapy, a rhythmic water flow for the scalp.

Massage options include therapeutic, deep tissue, sports recovery, prenatal, hot stone and Himalayan salt stone sessions, along with reflexology and lymphatic drainage sessions for recovery after certain surgeries. The salon says its Renewal Sequence lymphatic session follows Complete Decongestive Therapy principles and suggests a physician referral or oncology clearance first. Mid-week retreat massages are offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Physical therapy sessions can be booked directly without a prescription under Florida rules and address lower body concerns, chronic neck and back pain, and shoulder, elbow and wrist pain. Health Savings Account use is available, and documentation can be provided on request.

Body and skin treatments include Red Light Therapy Fat Loss Full Body Shaping, a non-invasive treatment for the waist, hips, thighs and upper arms. Each 30-minute visit combines 20 minutes of red light with 5 minutes on a vibration platform, and treatments are usually planned as courses of 12, two or three a week over five to six weeks. Monthly red light maintenance memberships are also offered. NeveSkin cryotherapy options cover slimming, toning, wellness and a face and neck lift, and Secret RF Microneedling is offered for the face, neck and chest.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Monday from 10 am to 2 pm by appointment only; the spa is closed on Sundays. A credit card is required to hold appointments, which is not a prepayment, and a convenience fee applies. A 20% service charge is added to massages and facials, which the business says pays its licensed clinicians, and additional gratuity is welcome. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged the full fee and must be made by phone. Payment plans are available through BeautyFlex and Cherry, gift cards are used at checkout only, and spa memberships are offered. Bridal party, couples and group packages are also available.
