The skin menu runs from the 60-minute Soma Facial, which pairs a customized botanical facial with skin rolling, acupressure and facial cupping, to the Sun Worshiper, a heat-free facial that uses a cryotherapy wand, raspberry enzyme exfoliation, an ionized oxygen infuser and a cooling mask. Meridian Sculpt uses gua sha along meridian points with lymph drainage and a cocoa enzyme treatment, and The Release is a 75-minute facial focused on jaw and facial tension through intraoral massage, fascia-targeting rolling and trigger point release. Revive is a microchanneling facial with lymphatic drainage and a hyaluronic acid mask, offered only to existing clients.

Somatic embodiment sessions run 60 minutes and combine body-based methods, movement and body-based meditation, with practices to take home. For sound, Rhythms and Regulation is a private 60-minute sound bath using alchemy crystal singing bowls and chimes, priced for one person or two, with larger groups arranged by contact. Sound Bath Infusion can be added to any service.

Hours are Tuesday 10:30 to 4:30, Thursday 10:30 to 3, and Saturday 11 to 3. For in-person visits the business suggests comfortable clothing and little or no caffeine beforehand. For virtual sessions, clients keep their camera on and choose a quiet space where they can lie down. Gift cards are available.
