The studio's view is that skin needs different support as the seasons change and as its condition shifts, so each facial is adjusted to what the skin needs at the time of the visit rather than following a single fixed routine. The studio says it aims for every visit to feel positive.

A visit can be conversational or quiet. Clients may talk through their facial with the esthetician or choose a quiet appointment focused on massage and relaxation. Services are grouped into facials, microcurrent lifting, peels, body treatments, brow and lash tinting, express treatments, consultations, and multi-session series, and several facials can be extended with add-ons. The studio also offers mentoring sessions for licensed estheticians.

A card on file is required to book. Appointment changes should be made through the booking site at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations more than 48 hours out carry no fee, cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the service price, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full price. Products can be returned for store credit within seven days of purchase, and gift cards are final sale. Hours are Monday and Tuesday evenings, 6 PM to 10 PM.

Facials are adjusted to the season and the skin's current condition, with each treatment customized rather than pre-set.
