Walk-ins and appointments are both welcome. The salon is about a ten-minute walk from Porter Square Red Line station and from Bow Market, and bus 83 and bus 87 stop in front of the building. Bike racks sit out front and there is free parking in the rear lot, in spots marked A, B and C. Hours are Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm. Eyebrow threading is shaped with 100% organic cotton thread, without wax or chemicals, and each client gets a custom shape based on their bone structure and features. Threaded brows typically last two to four weeks, with touch-ups every three to four weeks recommended. Organic rose water or aloe gel is applied afterward to soothe the skin. Threading is also offered for the upper lip, chin, sideburns, forehead, neck and unibrow, with full-face threading priced per 30 minutes and not including the neck.

Brow tint is a semi-permanent, ammonia-free color that darkens or lightens brow hairs using a custom-mixed shade, lasting up to about four weeks. Brow henna uses 100% organic henna in brown shades; it colors the brow hairs and leaves a skin stain that usually fades in one to two weeks. Henna darkens brows but cannot lighten them. A patch test can be done before tint or henna on request. Brow lamination lifts, smooths and reshapes brow hairs, with results lasting four to five weeks; the salon recommends repeating it every six to eight weeks, keeping brows dry for the first 24 hours, and skipping it if the skin around the brows is broken or irritated. Lamination and henna are not done in the same appointment, and every lamination includes a free aftercare kit. Lash lift is a keratin-infused treatment that curls natural lashes without extensions, and lash tint darkens them for four to six weeks. Lashes stay dry for 24 hours after either service, and clients are asked to avoid waterproof mascara after a lift. Every lash lift includes a free aftercare kit.

Facial waxing uses medical-grade soft wax, and post-care formulas are applied afterward to reduce redness. The full-face wax covers the forehead, cheeks, upper lip and chin, not the neck, at $52 per 30-minute session, and the service draws on South Asian beauty practices. Payment options include cash, cards and Apple Pay. Clients who pay cash get 10% off selected services, students with a valid student ID get 10% off any service, and discounts cannot be combined, so one deal is chosen per visit.
