Each guest is treated as an individual, and the spa designs each treatment around that person's needs. Facials are customized, and the facial menu runs from a short teen facial and a facial adapted for clients living with cancer to a longer full facial that can be tailored for dry, mature, sensitive, environmentally stressed, or acne-prone skin, including the neck and décolleté. Dermaplaning, which removes dead skin and fine facial hair with a sterile surgical blade, can be added to a facial or booked on its own with no downtime.

Before booking a facial, guests can book a 15-minute skin care consultation by video call or phone for $25. That fee is credited toward any service or product bought afterward. Appointments and product orders are made by texting the spa.

Waxing for the body and face is a large part of the menu, with options for men and women from small areas such as a lower back patch to full legs, full chest, and back. Waxing removes hair from the root, and results can last up to six weeks or more depending on the person.

The spa also offers spray tanning with a DHA-based solution, in a custom spray and a faster rinse-off option, and lash and brow services that include lash tinting, a lash lift, a combined lash lift and tint, and brow tinting. Clients should arrive exfoliated and without lotion, perfume, or deodorant before a spray tan, and men are welcome but must wear a covering.
