Kerry Daniel founded The Skin Society Austin, and the studio is set up around facial and peel work in a suite on South Lamar. It is open Tuesday from 10 am to 5 pm, Wednesday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Every new in-person client starts with a first-time consultation with Kerry, which is 30 minutes, costs $300 and includes a $100 skincare product credit and a year of contact with Kerry. Clients who have not been seen in over a year also need a consultation before rebooking. Teens 17 and under have their own teen consultation, which reviews medical history and medications with the teen and a parent, and no treatments are given before it.

The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute Glacial Glide Express and a Back facial to a 55-minute Glacial Facial, which uses cryo-technology with a cooling applicator, serums and lymphatic drainage. The Oxygen C2O2 facial begins with charcoal exfoliation and finishes with oxygen infusion. The FIRE and ICE facial can be paired with a glacial treatment and a peel or enzyme treatment. The Skin Society Signature Glow and Renewal Facial and the Luxe Lift facial were both created or curated by Kerry, and Emma or Janell performs them.

Peels cover several goals. The Perfection peel is aimed at a more even skin tone and smoother texture, the Pigmentation peel is offered for pigmentation, and the Factor Five Peel uses growth factors and peptides. Acne peels in levels 1 to 3 are only available to existing clients of Kerry. For clients who are not in the studio, the virtual acne bootcamp and virtual skin consulting program include check-ins every two weeks with progress photos and a year of guidance. Additional virtual follow-ups outside the program cost $100.

Beyond facials and peels, the studio offers lash tints and lash lifts, brow waxing, in-clinic airbrush tans and rapid tans, and spray tan bundles. Skincare products from Epicutis, Glymed, Jan Marini and Face Reality are sold in the studio, along with mandelic acid serums and cleansers and a CBD skin mist.

Services follow a three-step path: a first consultation, then targeted treatments, then long-term maintenance.
