Brow services begin with a trim, which tidies brow hair without shaping, and a full shaping visit. For shaping, the aesthetician measures the brows and then waxes or tweezes them to suit the face. Tinting is available on its own or with a wax, and brow lamination can be booked alone or combined with shaping or tinting. Packages pair brow work with lip, chin or side waxing.

Lash services include Russian volume extensions, which place 2 to 8 extensions on each natural lash. Classic extensions suit clients with healthy natural lashes who want a natural to medium effect, while volume and mega volume sets are fuller. Refills are offered in one-hour and ninety-minute versions, and a refill is charged as a full set if less than half the lashes remain. A lash lift, also called a lash perm, can last up to three months, and lash tinting and lift-plus-tint combinations are offered. Clients wearing contacts are asked to remove them before lash tint and lift appointments. Extension removal is free for existing lash clients.

Face waxing covers lip, chin, sideburns, ears, nose and full face, and nose and ear waxes are available only with a combination service. A Go & Glow Flash Facial, a 20-minute treatment, is the studio's facial offering. A patch test can be requested for lash, brow and waxing services and should be scheduled at least three days ahead.

Booking requires a credit card, which is charged only for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. The first last-minute cancellation or no-show is waived, while later ones carry a percentage charge, and clients more than 10 minutes late may have the appointment canceled. Major credit cards are accepted and checks are not.

Each service has a set appointment length, and a patch test can be requested before lash, brow or waxing visits.
