Visits do not require an appointment, so walk-ins are welcome during service hours, which are Tuesday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 8:45am to 4:30pm. Listed prices are starting points. The final price is set at consultation and depends on the service, hair length, hair condition and the number of colors used. Clients getting simple services should arrive at least 30 minutes before closing, and clients getting chemical services should arrive at least 2 hours before closing. Children may only be on the clinic floor while receiving a service with a parent or guardian, including in a carrier or stroller, and they may not wait unaccompanied in the retail area. The school states that it is not responsible for children's safety while parents are being served.

The salon menu is broad. Hair services include shampoo, haircuts, clipper cuts and fades, specialty cuts, beard trims, roller sets, blowdries, flat and curling iron styling, updos, and braiding. Color options run from temporary rinses and semi-permanent color to highlights, lowlights, balayage, bleach and corrective color. Chemical services include perms, relaxers and smoothing treatments. Extensions, corn rows and microbraids are also offered. Nail services cover manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylic fills and full sets, along with add-ons such as nail art. Esthetic services include facials, peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, lash and brow services, and make-up application when the client supplies their own foundation. Gift certificates can be customized, and group bookings for birthdays, quinceañeras and bridal parties are arranged by phone.

The school itself offers day classes in cosmetology, esthetics and nail technology, both full-time and part-time, with flexible scheduling. The 1,500-hour cosmetology program moves from fundamentals in the first phase, to working on clients under supervision in the second, to preparing for the state licensing exam in the third. Prospective students meet with the Admissions Director for an interview, where class schedules can be arranged around jobs or young children. Students must be at least 16 to start. A high school diploma or GED is not required, but students must pass a state equivalency test before finishing, and the school arranges that test on site. High school juniors and seniors may attend on a customized schedule. The school is approved by the American Association of Cosmetology Schools, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Texas Workforce Commission and the Department of Veteran Affairs, and it offers payment options along with seasonal and performance scholarships.
