The facial menu centers on The Essentials Treatment, priced at $149 for non-members and $119 for members. It includes exfoliation, masks, facial massage, high-frequency and extractions as needed, and members booking a second one in the same month pay $89 for it. Virtual coaching runs through three membership levels. Virtual Coaching Only is $29 a month and includes monthly text check-ins with a Skin Coach. Guide + Support is $59 a month and adds a monthly Skin Series Mail product. The In-Person Membership is $119 a month and includes a personalized monthly treatment with skin coaching. Members can switch between virtual and in-person plans, and new members can join without a trial period. The first skin quiz review is complimentary and is completed by a licensed esthetician and Skin Coach. The Skin Series Welcome Box, starting at $125, is personalized from quiz answers and includes a cleanser, a toner or mist, a moisturizer and SPF.

Waxing covers Brazilian, bikini, full face, underarm, eyebrow and small facial areas. The Brazilian wax is offered for female anatomy only, at $55 for members and $75 for non-members. Clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch between visits rather than shaving, plucking or threading, and to complete a new client form before the first visit. Waxing cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost. Clients have a 6-minute grace period for late arrival, and no-shows are charged 100% of booked services.

The business combines in-person facial and waxing services with virtual skin coaching, using a skin quiz to personalize plans and product recommendations.
