Each visit opens with a skin assessment before any treatment is chosen. Care plans factor in a client's daily routine, skin history, lifestyle, barrier condition and goals, and the team walks clients through why each recommendation is made. Over the long run, the aim is improved skin through research-backed treatments, barrier support and at-home care.

Signature facials include The Resurrection, a 90-minute corrective facial for acne, rosacea, barrier damage and chronic inflammation, and the Glacial Cryo Facial, a 60-minute treatment that pairs Glacial RX cryomodulation with corrective skincare for sensitive skin, rosacea, acne, dry skin and recovery. Glacial RX is described on the site as an FDA-cleared device that delivers controlled cooling, and the business says it was the first provider of Glacial RX in the Denver metro area. The site notes that Glacial RX is used as part of a wider plan for melasma rather than as a standalone treatment. Bespoke facials run 30, 60 or 90 minutes, and the 60-minute options include a Sculpting Microcurrent Facial, Tension Relief and Sculpt, Gua Sha + Drain Depuff and a Reiki Facial.

The Sanctuary is a private infrared sauna and cold plunge room. Sessions run 30, 45 or 60 minutes and can be booked on their own or paired with a facial, microneedling or a Glacial Cryo treatment. The room includes a far infrared sauna, a cold plunge (a swimsuit is recommended), fresh towels, space to stretch, and yoga mats and props. It is private for the booked client, plus one guest if added to the reservation. Before a session, the lounge offers snacks, tea, coffee and sparkling water. Clients are advised to arrive about five minutes early. The business says contrast therapy is supported by research on circulation, muscle soreness and recovery, and it frames recovery as something to do preventively rather than only after injury or burnout.

Memberships have no contracts and can be canceled at any time. They include monthly treatments, service upgrades and members-only offerings, plus 20% off add-ons and upgrades and 15% off retail products. A $25 credit applies to a new client's first service after the consultation, and the $55 virtual consultation fee is waived when the recommended regimen is purchased. Treatments follow an assessment of each client's skin and are built on science and each client's own history, barrier health and goals, with the reasoning explained along the way.
