The studio was started by Kess after she managed a facial bar and wanted more time with each client, so she could customize every treatment rather than move people through a set routine.

The approach combines relaxation with corrective skin care. Massage technique is part of every facial, and each treatment is adjusted on the day of the appointment based on the condition of the skin. Acne care also takes stress, mental health and whole-body health into account.

For acne, the studio offers Acne Treatment and Management, which pairs a custom homecare routine with a series of Face Reality peels priced from $95 to $135 and lasting 40 to 75 minutes. A single Acne Healing Peel costs $95 and takes 40 minutes, and six peels are offered as the Acne Healing Series for $500. Clients must book a New Client Curated Facial before any Face Reality service, and Face Reality peels are only performed for current clients. Facial options include the New Client Curated Facial at $135 for 75 minutes, which includes a skin analysis, treatment plan and product recommendations; The Ultimate Healing Facial at $160 for 90 minutes with 15 minutes of red light therapy; and three $135 facials of 60 minutes each (Down To Earth, On The Mend and Refine Time), along with House Facials, which include extractions, exfoliation, red light and a hydrating treatment.

Cellstory Liquid Microneedling costs $275 per session or $975 for four sessions within four weeks, and a consultation is required before booking. The studio describes it as delivering microneedling results without needles or downtime, and it can be done on active acne. A standard Microneedling session is $300 for 60 minutes. Brow services include tinting, waxing, lamination and a combined Signature Brow, while lash services include tints, lifts and lift-plus-tint options; clients booking a lash lift are asked to arrive makeup free.

Express treatments from $35 to $95 cover shorter visits, such as Mini Massage, Express Custom Facial and Express Dermaplane. Memberships include a Monthly Grounding Facial and a monthly membership facial, with perks such as $15 off signature facials and 10% off products. Facial parties can be held in the studio or at a location of the client's choice from $80 per person. Booking is also available through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000.

Treatments are adjusted on the day according to the condition of the skin, and acne care considers stress and overall health alongside the skin itself.
