The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Express Treatment, which includes a double cleanse, an enzyme or peel, extractions, a hydrating masque and a cold globe massage, to a 60-minute Skin Lounge Signature Facial. The Custom Skin Lounge Facial, also 60 minutes, adds a lifting facial massage and a massage of the shoulders, neck and scalp. A first-time signature facial includes an in-depth skin consultation and a skincare routine recommendation. The Autumn Glow Facial, a 60-minute option at $99, uses pumpkin and hydrating botanicals; the booking site describes it as suitable for all skin types and pregnancy safe.

Chemical peels include the Oxygen Glow, a 75-minute oxygen peel at $140 that the studio says helps with acne, dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles, dull skin and uneven texture. The Bio RePeel is listed at $200. The Factor Five No Downtime Peel is a 30% TCA peel for existing clients only, and the booking site says it helps fade dark spots, smooth texture and refine pores without peeling.

Acne Bootcamp is a longer program run with Face Reality. It includes in-studio treatments every two weeks or monthly, options such as the Face Reality Acne Peel, a personalized skincare routine, and check-ins every two weeks in person or by phone with routine adjustments as needed. The program page says clearer skin typically takes about 90 days, depending on acne type and commitment to the program.

Booking policies ask for a valid credit card on all appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the appointment total, and no-shows are charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
