Niki Green founded the practice and serves as its CEO and lead aesthetician. She came to medical aesthetics from professional makeup work, and that background shapes the practice's mix of makeup artistry and skin care.

According to the practice, it was selected as a 2024 Top Picks winner by Skincare Anarchy for its clinic and LED light therapy service. It also says it was the first in its community to bring LED light therapy, in 2020, and the first aesthetic practice in its area to offer light therapy in house.

A new client can start with a complimentary skin consultation, which gathers medical history and skin goals. The team also gives education and recommendations for at-home skin care routines. Light therapy can be booked on its own or added to another treatment.

Bookings are made by text or direct message at 615.977.1312, and a card on file is required to secure an appointment. Changes or cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead carry no charge; later changes may be charged half the session, and a no-call, no-show may be charged the full session. Retail items found defective by the manufacturer are replaced, but refunds are not offered. Gift cards must be used by their expiration date, shown at the time of service, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Card payments carry a 2% processing fee; cash, check, debit, credit and Apple Pay are also accepted.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 9 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with the practice closed on Sunday. Last bookings are usually taken at 7 PM.

The practice says its methods are tested and chemically proven, and it pairs in-office treatments with education on at-home skin care.
