Heather Davis owns the business and has been a licensed medical aesthetician since 2012. She is also a licensed tattoo artist and piercing technician and holds a certification as a phlebotomist.

Facial work centers on Glo2Facials, offered in six versions (Balance, Illuminate, ReTouch, Revive, Hydrate and Detox), and HydraFacials in Elite (60 minutes), Deluxe (45 minutes) and Express (30 minutes) versions. Add-ons in the HydraFacial line include Keravive scalp treatments for hair loss and eye and lip perk treatments. Other skin options include microneedling with or without PRF or PRP for the face, neck, chest and scalp, carbon and laser treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, CELLUMA LED light therapy, lymphatic drainage, custom facials and body treatments. According to the business, Glo2Facials give quick and lasting results across ages and skin types.

Injectables are performed in-house full time through a partnership with Best Face Forward, LLC. Options include Botox Cosmetic, Dysport and Jeuveau, filler and filler dissolve (made from hyaluronic acid and poly-L-lactic acid), Sculptra biostimulators, Kybella for moderate to severe submental fullness, and LIPO B12 and Mino B12 shots. Every injectable procedure is performed by a registered nurse, registered nurse practitioner, or certified nurse anesthetist.

The shop also offers paramedical camouflage and scar revision tattoos, along with cosmetic and body tattoos and piercings. Training is part of the business through a PMU Training Academy, an Aesthetic Internship Program, and online PMU courses, including Feather Brows and Areola courses with more listed as coming soon. Hair services cover haircuts, balayage, full and partial highlights, Bellami hair extensions, single process color, root touch-ups, blowouts and conditioning treatments. Lash and brow services include classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, lash lifts with tint, brow waxing, brow lamination and henna brow tints. Massage options are deep tissue, prenatal, Swedish and stretching technique. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with Monday and Saturday by appointment only. Injectable treatments are handled by licensed nursing staff, with every injectable procedure performed by a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or certified nurse anesthetist.
