Every visit begins with a personalized consultation, and facials are tailored to each client's skin needs. Facial prep is part of the process: clients stop prescribed topical treatments at least 7 days beforehand and avoid AHAs, BHAs, retinols and retinoids for at least a week before. After a facial, chemical exfoliants and retinoids should wait 5 to 7 days before they are resumed.

Waxing is precision work focused on comfort, skin health and smooth results, and includes full-body waxing. For best results, clients should let hair grow 3 to 4 weeks after shaving, Nair or waxing, and should not trim or shave beforehand. Professional makeup is available for special occasions, photoshoots and events.

Booking is by appointment only. The calendar opens monthly, so clients should not book the following month early. Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours ahead and canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee. A 50% non-refundable booking fee secures the appointment and is applied to the total. There is a 10-minute grace period; after 15 minutes the appointment is canceled and a new booking fee applies. Late arrivals receive a shortened service time, and no-shows or no-calls are charged the full remaining balance. Only the client may be in the treatment room, with no additional guests or children. Payment is by exact cash or card only, and product orders are shipped; local pickup is not available.
